Randy McMahan has worked in the equipment industry for over 10 years.  He love's going to church and spending time with his family.  Randy's family consists of his wife Breanna, son Maddox and newly added daughter Merritt.  In 2015, Randy was seeking God in prayer.  It was during this time when Randy was given the name Impact.  3 years later he realized it was to be attached to machinery somehow.  However, the equipment industry as many know is very costly.  Not knowing how to bridge the gap from salesman to business owner he waited until the perfect opportunity to step out in faith.  With this new venture it brings him great joy.  "Knowing God has called me to do this and that I'm finally getting to walk in faith in His plan is fun.  I know God's plan for me, that he has called me to build this company and glorify Him in it.  I am happy to build relationships with customers and provide them with great service. But, more than anything.  I just want to be pleasing to Him in all that I do.  As you, my customers will see.  I'm passionate about God, my family, my customers and working hard for everyone above.  I know that you're in business and it is my business to help you succeed in any way possible.  I hope that I will Impact not only your bottom line, but your lives for the better.  There are 2 things that God has given me for this company.  The first is, 1 Chronicles 22:16 saying "The gold, silver, bronze, and iron are more than can be counted. So, get to work! May the Lord be with you.”  And "Failure to Grow is permission to die."  I know everyone say's there is an equipment shortage this or money this or that.  But, God say's there is no shortage of supply whether that is machines or wealth when it comes to doing His will.  So don't believe the evil reports of the land and get to work!  Waiting on the world to be positive will cause you and your dreams to lay dormant until they die.  It's time to grow what God has given us and He is with us!"
